台灣茶文化,在孕育與成長的過程中,逐漸顯現出極富特色與文化厚度的面向,在「茶心苑」中,我們除了希冀將其文化價值留存與薪傳,並期望以更融入於生活的方式,將茶道禮儀藝術推廣出去。在此我們所謂的茶道禮儀,即是一種生活美學概念,提倡在品茗之間,藉由五感的互融,將飲茶提升至品茗意境,並以茶道禮儀的示範交流,傳遞當中所蘊含的生活禮儀、人文精神、及優雅舉止…等生活美學,在壓力繁忙的現代社會,推廣透過茶道禮儀的學習,藉此涵養人文氣息、陶冶溫厚性情,為現代人提供一處具備茶知識、茶道文化、及茶藝體驗的文化休閒園區。


To convey life esthetic through teaism ritual Taiwan’s tea culture has gradually shown its rich cultural characteristic. At “The House of Tea Spirit,” apart from inheriting this culture, we are also promoting the teaism ritual by blending it into people lifestyle. The so-called teaism ritual refers to a kind of life aesthetic concept of promoting tea drinking through the five senses to enhance tea drinking culture, and to convey life ceremonies, humanity spirits and graceful manners from teaism ritual. In this modern busy society, the promotion of teaism ritual is able to train one’s character and provide a cultural leisure park that possesses tea knowledge, teaism culture and tea art experience for the modern people.
