風味像似群山多變,高底起伏的稜線,彷彿綿延不絕的茶香層層堆疊;學院致力於建立茶風味的語言,將茶湯品飲的表現層次,以邏輯與架構的方式,建構風味標準。識茶風味學院從課程、體驗、餐搭,供嚴謹的分級與審核機制,為不同需求人士提供培訓,推廣茶風味與Pairing的理念,培養具有專業水準的茶師。

|從品質到品味|
透過風味本質的拆解與建構,整理出理性的品牌價值,無論是創作或是品飲,皆能以更精準的語彙及脈絡,提升風味的敏銳度,詮釋茶風味。在掌握風味後,透過生活中的創作襯出專屬於餐飲彼此出色的樣貌,從理性的數據分析轉化到感性的生活體驗,以自身的喜好,享受茶香帶來的韻味;昇華後的飲茶體驗,融合感官與味覺,便成為一道無聲的饗宴。
茶葉源頭被風土與氣候影響著,理解其風土屬性,並有系統的規範茶風味,建立語彙標準,接著以自身的生活體驗,將餐點搭配應用在生活表現中,從源頭一一的了解並運用,是識茶風味學院在建構時希望完成的事,將茶的風味轉化為自身的使命,打破傳統,以科學角度培育識茶風味專家。

|傳遞茶風味語言,培育茶風味專家|
以茶風味品鑑培訓單位及風味視察師認證機構為形象定位,在形象建立的同時,強調專業與公信力,期望連結茶風味為意象並給予象徵意義,設計專屬符號,並鮮明化整體形象。
以三層品味路徑帶出整體設計基調,透過簡約流利的線條,呈現出茶葉在水中轉化舒展的型態;視覺的層次上,有如扁平而彎曲的茶葉,亦或是茶香四溢的裊裊清香,整體感受以簡約國際感象徵學院散發著緩慢雋永的知性氣息,沈靜藍的形象基調搭配古銅金塑造出平穩專業的形象。
在輔助圖形的表現上,將識別轉化成線性的風格,更能呈現出茶的高低層次與起伏波動。成為專業識茶師需要經歷四個階段的學習與考核,在相關用品的表現上,便以四種茶態轉化成專屬級別icon,未來對應著學習用品便以icon做出區別。

|網頁形象設定|
在學院網頁的形象表現上,不只要表現出專業的感受,資訊的傳達上也需要以較為清楚明瞭的方式呈現;從loading 頁開始,便以沉靜藍為主色,加上logo帶領學員進入識茶風味學院的世界,在專業的背景感受下,以一頁式瀏覽的方式,讓學員在報名前能更清楚的了解識茶風味學院,強化出報名的需求;以氛圍照搭配簡單標語,一步一步引領學員進入茶風味的世界。

 

 

The flavors of tea shift like mountain ranges, their ridgelines rising and falling in endless variation, as layers of tea fragrance build upon one another without end. FDTA is dedicated to establishing a language for tea flavor, constructing a structured and logical framework for evaluating and expressing the nuanced layers found in every cup. Through courses, immersive experiences, and food pairing programs, FDTA provides rigorous grading and evaluation mechanisms, offering professional training for individuals of varying needs, championing the philosophy of tea flavor and pairing, and cultivating tea masters of the highest caliber.

 

| From Quality to Taste |

Through the deconstruction and reconstruction of flavor at its core, FDTA distills a rational brand value that applies to both creation and tasting. With more precise vocabulary and a clearer framework, one's sensitivity to flavor is sharpened, and the language of tea flavor becomes more fluent. Once flavor is understood, the act of creation in everyday life begins to reveal the complementary brilliance between food and drink. From the rationality of data-driven analysis to the sensibility of lived experience, tea becomes something to be enjoyed on one's own terms, savored through personal preference. Elevated in this way, the experience of drinking tea merges the senses and the palate into a silent, seamless feast.

Tea leaves are shaped by the terroir and climate of their origins. By understanding these environmental attributes and systematically defining tea flavor, a vocabulary standard can be established. From there, the application of food pairing becomes a natural expression of daily life. To understand from the source, and to apply that understanding layer by layer, is what FDTA set out to achieve. Transforming the flavor of tea into a personal mission, breaking from tradition, and cultivating tea flavor experts through a scientific lens.

Positioned as a tea flavor assessment training institution and a certified body for flavor inspectors, FDTA places equal emphasis on professional credibility and public trust. The visual identity seeks to connect with the imagery of tea flavor, imbue it with symbolic meaning, develop a distinctive visual mark, and sharpen the overall brand image.

The overall design tone is guided by a three-layer tasting pathway. Through clean, fluid lines, the identity evokes the way tea leaves unfurl and transform in water. Visually, the layers suggest both the flat, curving form of a tea leaf and the delicate, lingering fragrance of tea rising in the air. The overall impression conveys a quiet, international minimalism, radiating a slow and enduring intellectual character. A calm deep blue serves as the foundational tone, paired with antique gold to build an image of steady professionalism.

In the supporting graphic system, the identity is translated into a linear visual language, better expressing the rising and falling layers and rhythmic movement of tea flavor. Becoming a certified tea flavor expert requires four stages of study and assessment. The related materials are distinguished by four dedicated icons, each representing a different state of tea, marking the learner's progression through each level.

| Website Identity |

The Academy's website must convey not only a sense of professional authority, but also communicate information with clarity and ease. Beginning from the loading screen, deep calm blue serves as the primary color, with the logo guiding visitors into the world of FDTA. Against a backdrop of professional atmosphere, the single-page browsing format allows prospective students to fully understand what FDTA offers before enrolling, strengthening the motivation to register. Atmospheric photography paired with concise taglines leads visitors step by step into the world of tea flavor.
